In the time while the International relation is guarding for publicing a democratically freedom and International documents and in the humans society for from the excessive ideas and national and sociological and democratically system , which all citizen equity in rights and duties for from the national and religions or parties differences in this time the Syrian systems is still consuming the basical rights of humans despite of that the Syrian contra is signing all international promises and obligations concerning that , and which regarding the Kurdish people which its population is about 3 millions depriving from all humanitarian and national differences against them continuously in aim of neglecting smelting in the national Arabic promise by polotical and project differences regarding that , also the kurds struggle and those who has their owns opinion to the hardest sufficient.

Killing, death undera is become a normal prachising of Syria.
For this all repression political we all defenses of human rights in Syria and we call each of :

- The American Organization for human rights Observina.
- The Arabic Organization for human rights.
- The presidency of Europian Union.
- All Foundations and Organization of human rights in the world.
- All Democratical and freedom belongers.

And works and Entering for:
1-stopping imprising those who belongs to the national and political parties especially the kurdish people.
2 - Releasing all political prisioner and those who has their owns opinion.
3 - Finding the democratical solution for the kurdish people in Syria.
4 - Saving the life of the poet and writer and political kurdish
( Marwan Osman ) who announced his struggle from . 18.1.2005 , accusing of the Syrian government toward his people and destroying the humans rights in Syria.
