Partiya Yekîtî ya Demokrat a Kurd li Sûriyê ji
/20/-î Berçile 2006-an de wenda ye, rewş û
çarenûsa wî ne diyar e. Ji ber ku, aliyek
parastinî ji rijîma Sûriyê ew girt. Tirsek heye
ku, bidin ber işkencê û danstandinek nemirovatî
û nizim, an jî cezak hişk di dermafê wî de bê
standin.
Ev li pêşa birêz Mihyedîn Şêx Alî ye, bi ser ku,
Sûriyê sala 2004-an tevlî peymana rikberiya
işkencê (itîfaqiyit Munahedit elte,izîb) bû ye.
Roja 25/12/2006, kebaniya birêz Mihyedîn Şêx Alî
berê xwe da Şaxa parastinî ya leşkeriyê li
bajarê Helebê, da ku, li rewş û nûsa wî bipirse,
lê wan înkar kirin û li xwe nenan, û ji wê
xwestin ku, li ciyekî din lê bigere, bêyî ku,
jêre xuya bikin li kû û çawa.
Ta niha ne diyar e gelo dadgehê ti sûc û
gunehkarî raberî rêzdar Şêx Alî kiriye yan na,
lê bi texmîna me, girtina wî yek ji van girtinên
dawiyê ye.
Çalakiya em pêşniyar dikin ewe ku nameyên
piştgiriyê bi leztirîn dem ji berpirsên Sûriyê
re bêne hinartin, di wan de bê xwestin yan birêz
Mihyedîn Şêx Alî bispêrin dadgeheke xweser li
gora pîymanên navdewletî û prensîpên "peymana
navnetewî a parastina mafên sivîlî û siyasî" a
ku dewleta Sûriyê yek ji endamên wê ye, yan jî,
bê derengî ew serbest bête berdan.
Hêvî ewe ku, Name çap bibin, imze û navnîşan li
ser bên danîn, û paşê li ser navnîşan an Faksa
pêre, bên şandin ji:
1. Rêzdar Beşar Elesed – serokê komara erebî ya
sûrî.
2. Rêzdar şalyarê kar û barên derve.
3. Rêzdar şalyarê dadmendê re, li ser navnîşanên
jêrîn bişînin.

By this letter, I wish to draw your attention to
the case of Mohye Aldin Sheikh Alii.
Mohye Aldin Sheikh Alii was arrested on 20
December 2006 in Aleppo city. I would like to
express my concerns at this recent arrest.
I wish to seek assurances that Mohye Aldin
Sheikh Alii will be well-treated, and not
tortured or ill-treated, while in custody.
Furthermore, I wish you to remind the
authorities that Mohye Aldin Sheikh Alii has the
right to immediate and unrestricted access to
his family, a lawyer, and any medical treatment
he may need.
He must get a fair hearing in accordance with
international standards for fair trial,
including the right to a hearing by an
“independent and impartial tribunal” in
accordance with the International Covenant of
Civil and Political Rights, to which Syria is a
state party, or to be released.
Finally, I would like to call on the authorities
to implement measures laid out in the UN
Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of
Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to
Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human
Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which allow for
“the right, individually and in association with
others, to promote and to strive for the
protection and realization of human rights and
fundamental freedoms at the national and
international levels".
I hope for your urgent attention to this matter.
